I am so proud and excited that our daughter, Ruthie, and her good buddies (Alex and Elizabeth) have launched a fabulous new travel website this week – called Travelogue. These three amazing and powerful young women have channeled their combined skills into creating a wonderful “one-stop-shop” for anyone wanting to gather first-hand tips on where to go and what to do in lots of places around the globe. They enlisted the talents of many of their equally-talented and adventurous friends to contribute to the site, and the result is information-packed, vibrant to look at, and really does make you want to pack your bags and head out…anywhere!!!
Ruthie was sweet to ask me to contribute a blog entry for the launch and you can read that here. I am hoping the crew will let me continue to put my perspective in as a more “senior/seasoned” traveler – I think Travelogue is useful to anyone at any age that has even a little hint of wanderlust in their blood!
I wish Ruthie and the Travelogue team tons of luck and a huge following – they deserve it.
